Over the past 10 years she has facilitated groups in a range of organisations, from mental health charities to large commercial retailers.  Experienced at working with the most challenging groups, she has helped senior teams, project groups and staff forums improve their effectiveness both in and out of the meeting room.

In addition to freelance consultancy, Natasha is employed as a Learning and Development Designer for the John Lewis Partnership.  In the past she has worked as a Senior Consultant for internationally renowned consultancy The Management Centre.  Specialising in not-for-profit and ethical organisations, her customers included the BBC, the Royal Shakespeare Company, Mind, Shepway District Council and WWF.
